SAP Sales Forecasting Upload
Novodata regularly prepares the upload files containing Sales Forecasting information for an ASX listed Top 100 construction company. Novodata uses a custom database to map, consolidate, populate and transform the data into the required SAP format ready for loading. Fully automated, this process now takes hours rather than days to complete.

Material Master Verification program
Rapidly approaching a go live date, Novodata developed a tool for one of Australia’s leading rolling stock manufacturers to instantly verify whether the dependencies between the Material Master, Work Centres, BOMS and Route files did not contain errors. The program was used repeatedly up until the business went live with SAP and it’s been estimated to have saved hundreds of hours manually verifying and correcting data.

Vendor De-duplication
Novodata conducted the de-duplication of a petroleum manufacturer’s vendor master file. Using the intelligent search technology, MerlinMerge ® and our own data cleaning routines, we were able to identify duplicates that would not have been detected using traditional deduplication techniques.

Transform incomplete Address Data into SAP format
As part of a larger data migration project, we were required to clean address information from a subsidiary company with no region or Country field. Using publicly available lists, we were able to use the city and postcode field to populate the missing vendor data, and merge the data seamlessly with data from a number of other ERP systems.
